Willow
Carrol and Loven should be our front two, hands down. Glad the team got another game/45 mins under the belts, they'll need a ton of fitness for the prem bring it ooon

Guest BooBoo
No worries about the result. As long as it was a good work out and no injuries were picked up.

Robster
In a weird way,a defeat in pre-season helps focus the mind and helps keep over confidence in check. I remember beating hearts 7-0 in a pre-season in 88 (I think). It was the year we bought John Robertson, Andy Thorn, Dave Beasant and John Hendrie. I had so much hope for the season. We got relegated

Guest Stephen927
Would have felt a whole lot better if the scoreline was 6-1 to Norwich.
Guest prestonj1989
Well that was terrible. Not sure why Xisco was played on the right but he didn't look too bad. Was quite impressed with Tavernier at centre back. Very frustrating having some fans seating and some standing. Does anyone know how many NUFC fans were there? - seemed to be loads. Guest prestonj1989
How did Vukic do? Not very good tbh. I was a lot more impressed with him in the short time he played at QPR.
Dave
Routledge had gone to right back in place of Taylor, while Xisco made his Magpies comeback at right midfield, with Tavernier staying in central defence, this time partnering Mike Williamson. No real surprise we were dodgy.
Cronky
Was quite impressed with Tavernier at centre back. I was very surprised to see that he was picked at CB, and even more surprised to hear he did well. When I've seen him, he's never looked strong enough to be a defender of any sort. Neat, skilful player though.
