Don't think our defence is particularly worse than anything outside those 8 either, and if Carroll can keep it up, we could have our best season in a good while. Definitely. Would never imagine in a million years a window this good a week back. We still have to agree terms with the Arfa though so I'm not counting any chickens yet. Yeah, it's promising, especially when you consider how disorganised and in dissarray alot of the teams are. If we can keeps them fit I reckon 10th to 12th isn't out fof sight.
