Call your son, Shola. Aye. There's no other way. I need a picture of this guy. For some reason I just imagine Shola coming out on the steps of SJP where Shearer was introduced to the fans like Rafiki did with Simba.

Rich
I know it's been said a million times before in scenarios such as this and was probably covered in the match thread during real time but this guy was proper useful when he came on tonight wasn't he? Fuck. Me.

Yorkie
To clutch at the tiniest of straws, you could say he slowed the tempo of the game down by causing so many stoppages. But, I mean, Benfica had chilled out by then pretty much. I've really exhausted the extent of my glass-half-full capabilities there, like. Good old Shola. Just rubbish, man. Hanshithispantz
Opposition effectively sitting on the half way line. Bring on Shola. If I didn't laugh I'd cry.
Pilko
He muddled our attacking efforts in the closing stages like he does when we're chasing the game. We hardly ever build up a head of steam and attack in stoppage time, we always seem to concede daft fouls and offsides and make it dead easy for the oppo. Rich
3 fouls, 1 offside and 1 yellow card in 13 minutes. That's more fouls than any other player of ours managed in the entire fucking game. Where is cameo Shola of 11/12?

Where is cameo Shola of 11/12? Coming on when you are in front, holding the ball up 11/12. Is very different to chasing a game when behind 12/13. Limited player for limited tactics imo. Rich
Thought Spurs was one of his best showings last season and we were 2-1 down then. Probably more than that too but I can't be arsed to go looking. He, like a few of them, has totally lost whatever he had found during the last campaign.

I'd love to know what Pardew sees what we dont. When Pardew watches the game back in the next couple of days, doesn't he see what we all see. Same goes for Obertan tbh. ujpest doza
He was a crock of shit 10 years ago and last night just shows he's got worse since then.
Lotus
It was a very weird sub. Their back line was so high and we brought our (literally) slowest player.
SLK
As soon as Ba was sold a new strike should have been brought in. Again stupid mistakes like this and not investing in the summer has cost us a lot. Ameobi shouldn't be an option.
Guest neesy111
Even Obertan would had been a better option than Shola last night.

timeEd32
I'm not proud of this and I feel like I didn't completely capture the money shot, but I can only look at Shola's cock so many times. Here's the best I can do with the awful video player that powers FoxSoccer's site... http://farm9.staticflickr.com/8539/8627765345_15b2bc7c79.jpg http://farm9.staticflickr.com/8379/8628874886_16119e307b.jpg http://farm9.staticflickr.com/8244/8627765181_3399dace77.jpg http://farm9.staticflickr.com/8264/8628874780_fec64b8cee.jpg http://farm9.staticflickr.com/8387/8628874740_be6382544a.jpg The fourth official is captivated.
