Ronaldo
Would rather see Ferguson given more of a chance than risk £7 million plus on N'Zogbia. Risk. £7 million on a player who has baggage here and has a proven track record of having a p*ss-poor attitude is a risk, imo. Give over. He's proven himself to be a top PL player. Playing Ferguson would represent a far greater risk.
Guest BooBoo
It gets on my tripe how we have a kid who's played a handful of games, looked ok but clearly miles from the finished article yet we have nuggets preferring him over signing a player who has consistently shone in one of the league's poorest performing sides. Where's that "bangs head against the wall" smilie gone?
SEMTEX
Ignore him. Proven mong. Would much prefer insomnia. He better not bitch if he gets called that though.
Foluwashola
Would take him back in an instant, despite him being 12st of pure bellend. Was actually strangely excited when he was mentioned on transfer deadline day, even though it was clear that there was 0% chance of him coming. Hanshithispantz
I long for a squad full of quality players but that means a squad full of quality player wages.. its that MA's vision ? Imo we're 2-3 players off of having a team of genuine quality, we're just severely lacking any options on the bench and in reserve. I don't expect us to bring the worlds best, or pay break the wage limit on folk, but some people just need to stop been scared of bringing in a player incase he upsets the apple cart. 2 examples are Stephen Ireland and N'Zogbia, 2 very realistic signings who would undoubtadly improve us 10 fold, but people would rather start Shane Ferguson and Harris Vuckic instead because of there reputations, which is utter madness. Basicaly we cannot look at our starting 11 and think "but if he comes wouldn't that mean this other guy will be shafted out?" or "but he has history, he'll ruin the team spirit." etc.

Over-throw Mike Ashley and then just not sign anyone anyway as we can use our kids? I long for the days we're we a forced into playing the Matty Pattisons and Paul Huntingtons of this world again, good times.

That's a strange one, I think they don't want to play him because they can't afford the increased compensation payments. That and he probably isn't worth it. Dokko
Anything more than £9m then i'd probably look elsewhere, don't really want to spend half the Carroll money on a player we sold.
