Colocho
It gets on my tripe how we have a kid who's played a handful of games, looked ok but clearly miles from the finished article yet we have nuggets preferring him over signing a player who has consistently shone in one of the league's poorest performing sides. Where's that "bangs head against the wall" smilie gone? I don't think anyone has suggested that. Yeah, nobody apart from you, of course. Made it quite clear that Ferguson should be second choice left-mid, behind Jonas.

Yes, so you're 'preferring him over signing a player who has consistently shone in one of the league's poorest performing sides'.
Colocho
So, N'Zogbia would be back-up if we were to sign him? I'm sure that would go down well.

Guest BlacknWhiteArmy
Have to agree, teh Zog would be a great signing.
Ronaldo
Some fella was on the radio in February was talking about Jonas, Ben Arfa and N'Zogbia all marauding forward at SJP. He was a simpleton, but he made sense. I could see it, and it was beautiful.
Wullie
Interesting how many are in favour given that a majority on here were delighted when we sold him.
WarrenBartonCentrePartin
pure divvn't get this like. Play a kid that seems to be seen by his boss as a left back, not a left winger, ahead of potentially signing Zog? howay, man.
JH
A decent striker would have a field day. Do this and: N'Zogbia Nolan Tiote Jonas Ben Arfa ST We'd be fucking laughing. Upgrade Nolan the season after and we'd be unstoppable
Ronaldo
He's a better player now. A far better player.

Wullie
He's a better player purely because he's had game time that the fucking incompetents at NUFC weren't prepared give him, preferring to sign that cunt Duff and play him every week no matter how bad he was. N'Zogbia would have been frightening with another year's development instead of sat on our fucking bench.
Guest
Agree with Ronaldo. I thought we were right to sell him at the time I think he'd just gone stale. He's improved and learned a couple of new positions at Wigan. Would have him back in a flash and would pay £10-12m in a heartbeat for him because of the fact he's better now than 3 years ago. SEMTEX
Players don't improve at NUFC. We should do this with more players. Sell em off at 20 and buy them back a couple of years later when competent staff have dealt with them.
