madras
really feel sorry for raylor no way was there any intent in that tackle intent doesn't matter, both feet in,over the ball, OFF!, if he'd broke a leg he wouldn't have meant it but the reckless challenge would have caused it. midds
Harper was caught with his weight on the wrong foot but the lack of agility was a bit worrying.

Robster
He was way over the top of the ball. It could have been an horrific leg break.

Keefaz
Unbelievably thick from Raylor. Sorry, I mean: it'd be unbelievably thick if it had been anyone but Ryan Taylor.
ElDiablo
Harper pulled a Paul Robinson there, falling instead of diving.
Superior Acuña
Reasonably happy, but why did we look so much like we have 10 men? Normally i don't notice a man down so much, but today we looked severely handicapped. So few bodies when attacking, despite Pardew seemingly wanting us to go for the win. Guest The_Miz
The ground looked pretty full on my stream when it panned out, looked over 50k, I take it they didnt bring many fans?

Guest Heneage
Just me who thought Harper could have done better with that? Just seen it and yes looked all of his 30+ years diving for it.
Dave
It was like he decided early he was beaten and went down almost apologetically. The ball hardly flew into the corner of the goal.
Beren
We should have been at least two up by the time they scored, which was annoying. The first half at least, every time they had the ball in a decent area it was because of sloppy passes and touches by us. I need to see the Taylor tackle again because most around me thought it was harsh (albeit stupid). From that point on it was a decent point; Bolton have some good players and are a decent team. Aye, this seems to have been largely ignored. They play some decent stuff at times - a neat series of passes between three or four of their players up their left sideline sticks out in particular as being representative of that. Some of the disappointment of another draw has subsided (especially when a NUFC win looked so comfortably achievable at spells during the first half) I feel less aggrieved because Bolton are a good side. Not as good us, but a good side. Based on what exactly? Our domination of them in the first half is a good starter. (If you quote me the 5-1 reverse fixture, we had Smith/Guthrie that day). Frazzle
The goal wasn't really after countless attacks. After the goal they were the better team for the rest of the half but before the goal we were the better and its hardly crazy to say we were dominant. Gallowgate Toon
Bolton were massively average, they barely created anything for themselves. Was disappointed with how easily Holden was nullified but I think it's more of an indictment of Cheik's immense dominance than anything. Sturridge, despite being a cocky prick, showed some flashes of real quality, would love him here.
Ronaldo
Bolton are a shocking team away from home. It's no real achievement to have nullified them.
