We were pretty terrible but I found that Pardew not making any subs until the 83rd minute utterly baffling. We were toothless up front and have kuqi and even young'uns on the bench. It's as if he settled for a loss, it made me pretty furious that we never even went for it. Pardew was useless in this match and that's what angers me most today.

Loven was invisible, ranger was moronic and their centre halves were big and stronger than our forwards. You'd think putting kuqi on at about 60-70 mins would give us some presence in the box? what a horribly frustrating game.

Nile ranger was so poor. Didn't win one header against that ginger cunt collins. Got bullied all game and looked like he just couldn't be arsed and would rather be pissing around with his mates in a casino. How can you mis time a jump SO many times? Its just complete retardation. Lovenkrands is also about as useful as Anne Franks drumkit. We have the most toohthless strikeforce on the planet. Can you imagine any set of defenders thinking "shit, we've got to face Nile Ranger and Peter Lovenkrands tomorow". Once again, i wish i hadn't gone today and wasted my money, and this is becoming something that i'm saying FAR to often. :undecided:

Missed our core because he's playing for Liverpool presumably. Don't insult my intelligence you f***ing snake.

Weren't you ready to run Pardew out of town a few months back, because he wouldn't start Ranger? But then Best smashed in a hat trick and you went into hiding. Think he is well within his rights insulting your 'intelligence'. Farcical the way you come on here ranting once the result is bad, but are completely absent when the team does well. Where were you and your 'intelligence' last week? Pathetic stuff.

Is this a trick question? I was at the match mate, where were you like?

Wullie pulling the I'm at the match sooopafan when he has no response....why am I not surprised.

God forbid I should prefer watching Newcastle win games instead of getting beat by s**** like this because we've got f*** all up front. Get a grip man.

you get a grip, you've got to accept anything that happens as being good enough, you clearly don't.

Ya, coz that's what Kaka was saying. You don't do the word 'exaggeration' justice. The Mick and Wullie combo is hilarious!  :idiot2:

Love the way all the boring arguments come out when we lose

- You cant score goals with a bag a £35million

- Pards has no clue

- Should have spent money in Jan

- ZOMG ROUTLEDGE IZ MESSI

- WE lost, goodie, time to be a cock and wind people up

Avoidance. Probably your best option tbf.

Where were you after the match Wullie? and the day after that?and the next?

You seem to find your way on here after attending matches that don't go well. You should try it after the ones that go well too.

How long will you mourn for Carroll and Hughton? How long? Do you even enjoy victories anymore, knowing they have come about with Pardew in charge and Ashley at the helm? Why go to the games at all superfan? Why?

What point are you trying to make, you halfwit?

That you are extremely boring, annoying and repetitive. And you exist to moan about Carroll, Pardew and Ashley. You can't wait for a bad result to pull your cry baby act, but are nowhere to be seen when theteam does well under Pardew. But hey you attend the games right? Superfan extraordinaire you are. Shame your seemingly hoping the team doesn't do well.

Clear enough for you? Don't start getting abusive because your frustrated and you can't deal with being called out either. It's what halfwits tend to do, so don't go throwing that term about too loosely.

Aye I'm over the moon about today like. Get in.

God forbid I should prefer watching Newcastle win games instead of getting beat by s**** like this because we've got f*** all up front. Get a grip man.

So when we were promoted did you expect us to change all of our attackers and not get injuries? Oh no wait you wanted us to turn down £35m for Carroll because that way it showed ambition. You rarely come on here when we win you instead prefer to wait until we lose then post the same old story of how we should never of sold Carroll and that he was the core of our team.

In fact it's players like Tiote, Nolan, Barton, Coloccini AND Carroll who made up our team. It's becoming tedious, to the point where it seems you don't so much support Newcastle as you just hate Ashley.

Agree 100%. Take away

Chelsea: Drogba and Anelka

Liverpool: Suarez and Carrol

Arsenal: Van Persie and Chamakh

Bolton: Sturridge and Elmander

West Ham: Ba and Cole

Wigan: Rodellega and ?

Blackburn: Hoilet and Santa Cruz (lol)

any team in the prem with their best two strikers injured would have the same problem with goals. You cant just have a 20 goal a season striker on the bench, no one would sit there waiting

So you don't believe weakening our first team and squad was a major contributing factor to our defeat yesterday? I suggest you look at the teamsheet.

So you are saying we shouldn't have sold carrol for 35 million?

This debate has been done to death.

BUT WE GOT NO REPLACEMENTZ!

Can't imagine what it must feel like for fans who don't want the team to lose because I'm still absolutely seething and sick-to-my-stomach gutted this morning.

:sadnod: Waste of a trip.

While Pardew was restricted with what he could do, why did he leave it so late to really try to change things? You were going nowhere but whether it be through him bringing Kuqi on or just coincidence and a sudden realisation you were only one goal down, you actually looked like getting somewhere in the last 5-10 minutes. It wasn't great but it was better than the garbage you'd previously offered.

And yes, I know you had a pretty poor lineup led by an average manager. It's not a terrible defeat but I can see why fans who've paid good money to go down to Birmingham yesterday are left angry with that performance. I've rarely seen you play worse this season.

I've asked you to stop following me around more than once.

Just to be clear, nobody is following you around. I just happen to disagree with most of your views so it's natural that I respond to those. That tends to happen on a forum you know. Anyway this is the last from me in this thread. We lost because a) players who we expected to perform did not and b) our backups/subs are piss poor. I hope/believe that 'b' will change in the summer and until I see evidence of that not happening, I'd rather support the team than moan every time we lose.

Rapidly approaching twenty years as a ST holder and yesterdays defeat was one of the few times I can recall where I wasn't overly bothered at a defeat. An injury and suspension hit squad was always on a hiding to nothing.

It's been a decent season, certainly better than what I predicated last summer. I can't be on with having a tantrum everytime we don't pick up a result.

Something that pissed me off yesterday.  Walked 10-15 mins to the main road after the game in a shitty mood after losing and picked up some booze before we were hoping to get into a taxi, only to be told that we had to walk back to the ground as the taxi place was on the other side of the ground. As we were walking back all the NUFC buses of fans came past and gave us fuck loads of abuse, and because we don't usually wear colours they assume support the home team. This isn't the first time its happened. Walking past about 10 bus loads of abuse from YOUR OWN FANS just after you've lost is pretty rubbish.

Good post, it would have been a miracle if we had got a result with that team. Shame our next game is Man Utd, but we'll bounce back as we have done before.

Anyone else see the Coloccini family? Was 4 of them (one in an Argentina tracksuit who may actually have been Maradona) that kept waving frantically when he came over during the warm-up.
