Either played there or as the CM with license to get forward with Cattermole sitting didn't he? Good old Pearce obviously sees something in him no-one else had as a sitting midfielder though. Cleverly is wasted in this system too, doesn't get enough of the ball to do what he's good at. I just think 433 is shit and they don't seem to know how to play in it. It's just as if Pearce has thought 'all the best teams use it, therefore it must be amazing and we should too' without thinking about if we have the players to suit it or not.
