Why go to Arsenal to sit on their bench when you can do that in Paris? Guaranteed first team football, he has to go to a midtable club (or Liverpool imo). Not good enough for top 4 imo. I certainly wouldn't say they are skint either, it's not like it was under Rosella Sensi. Unless Strootman, Nainggolan or Pjanic left, I don't see where he would fit in though.
