I own a company, I wouldn't expect my customers to be interested in what I spent my money on if it's my personal money... and it wouldn't be right if they started questioning everything I did either. Then it's still his money and he's still entitled to do what the fuck he wants with it. It wasn't coming out of the club coffers in any case so I don't see what the issue is.
