He is honest, intelligent, open and humourous. Clearly AC is a mate as well as his assistnant. Big bonus and a big part in how well we have done no doubt. Fitting that AP got manager of the year award followed by such a brilliant interview. Key points... After a LB (JC) After a 8 goals a season CB + Young CB who is on trial at the moment (AP) Possibly after Debuchy (Close to Cabaye comment AP) Players could leave but will be for "Top money" and trusts Mike Ashley as a "Hard seller". Simpson not happy with contract offer, can accept it, take a move or see his last year out. Guthrie as good as gone. So...LB could well be Pieters or Cissokho but both i would imagine would be if we are playing EL next season, should we get into the CL it could well be Debuchy at RB and Santon continuing at LB long term. Goalscoring CB's? Douglas gets a few, i still have a sneaky feeling we could end up with Vertonghen. Imagine if we got Vertonghen and Debuchy!
