7 wins all season. How the hell did they stay up?

His post-match comments were unbelievable yesterday. Seemed to be criticising the players and claiming he was a good manager. Fool.

Drew 17 games. God, it's so similar to when we went down, they really did get lucky.

Some stats from this year.

- fewer home wins (4) than any other season in our existence, right back to 1888, when we only played 11 home games a year

- most ever draws in a season in PL history

- not scored from a corner for over an entire season

- lowest number of wins in the PL

- equalled lowest ever PL finish

- lowest number of goals Aston Villa have scored in a season since League founded in 1888

- equalled highest number of home defeats ever

- only Blackburn won fewer matches than us

And still, still many in the media tell us it's because of where he came from. What utter fucking nonsense. How many other clubs fans would have put up with that?

Heskey plays his last game for the club & McLeish is sacked within 24 hours of each other, don't know how Brummie hasn't died of happiness overload

Almost happened to me when it looked like Owen, Smith and Butt were fucking off in the same week.

7 wins and stay up? shows you how awful the bottom 3 and QPR were

Bloke on SS News from Villa fan club says they still expect top 6 or 7  :papiss:

That's where we expect to be challenging, as should every club like us, you, Everton.

We finished with fewer points than he finished with Blues last season, amazingly.
