wormy
At least it's being picked up on in the media. Wouldn't have been surprised if they just swept it under the rug themselves with a 10 word paragraph in a quick round-up section. On the other hand, what sort of coverage has Valencia's 'challenge' gotten? Written media have picked it up, swept under the carpet by Sky and BBC. Was fuming about SSN and BBC's 'coverage' when people were talking about the match to me today. Ridiculous how many people weren't aware of Anita's injury. merlin
The fact that Ferguson got away with this intimidation of officials once again shows how corrupt and in the pocket of Man U that the FA are....compare this with Pardew's punishment after he grabbed the 4th official's arm..... Bernstein and his colleagues are not fit for purpose and should be sacked.
Froggy
Fergie got a five match ban and a £30k fine last year for calling a ref unfit... And no, I'm not saying he doesn't get away with everything. That was a fucking heavy punishment.
Disco
Fergie got a five match ban and a £30k fine last year for calling a ref unfit... And no, I'm not saying he doesn't get away with everything. That was a fucking heavy punishment. Probably because he'd already been fined for doing so before, again completely erroneously. Not too mention the x ∞ other times he's mistakenly questioned officials integrity and ability with little or no foundation. Luckily for him Man United fans seem less thick than Chelsea fans who Mourinho goaded in to sending death threats to officials after ill informed perceived persecution against him. It's fucking pathetic.
BlueStar
Man U revel in the idea that their status gives them preferential treatment and lets them get away with stuff other teams wouldn't, they see it as a sign of how big a club they are - hence the "We're Man United, we do what we want" chants.
