Pardew for me is deliberately saying some of the stuff he has done recently to irritate fans even more to help crank up the pressure on Kinnear and Ashley,

Pardew for me is deliberately saying this sort of crap  to irritate fans on behalf of Fat c*nt.

In my view he is complicit in ALL of the sh*te thats presently going on.

Thanking Ashley (and Derek)  for getting signings over the line (what other bosses do that?), saying how grateful we should be that we still have a footy club because of "Mike", saying how glad he was we didn't qualify for Europe again because it makes our precious players too tired, saying we cant compete financially with fuckin Swansea, not giving a f*ck if we lost at home to Arsenal, touting our best players for sale at fattys behest in his media interviews blah blah blah.

How much longer will some people give this smarmy c*nt before it sinks in what a complete cock womble he is.  :naughty:

Golfmag informed us what his remit is. And therefore we can be certain that he is complicit with the lack of investment there is and also the cost cutting task he was given. See his regular advertisements for our squad members, despite it lacking depth, pre window closing. Aside from that he is a shite manager with no stones or professional pride whatsoever.

It really is no wonder 99.9 recurring per cent see him for the clueless patsy tosser that he is.

I used to think the same and he probably did just that for a while but now I think he's saying the things he does to put pressure on Ashley and Co. He is or was complicit in a lot of things I agree and I'm in now way defending him here but its clear to me anyway, that everyone at NUFC is pulling in different directions and its basically become a free for all.

Pardew's nose has been put right out of joint first with the appointment of Kinnear, secondly with the resignation of Llambias and thirdly with zero investment into the playing squad which to be fair to Pardew he has been strong in saying needs to happen, all summer and that he was confident it would. He's been made to look like a bit of a muppet, especially by Kinnear/with his appointment and although Pardew's been in on the inside in the past, it appears he's now on the outside.

He won't resign or say anything to upset Ashley because he's not going to give up on his cushy number. But he knows he has a good rapport with the fans and the media in general so can say these things, in the hope it gets to fans and with it cranks up any pressure on Ashley and Co.

Speaking to many people away from here and Pardew has been shat on and undermined by Ashley and Kinnear.

Pardew's very media savvy and doesn't just trot out shit here and there for the sake of it, he's very calculated in what he says. The overdraft thing won't have the general fan on the street questioning him or sticking the boot into him, but Ashley, a billionaire whose company has just reached the FTSE100 with huge increases in profits in a season where we get a big TV windfall.

I can see what you're saying HTT but if he's that savvy he surely wouldn't want Ashley to get the kind of stick that may make him sell up? Guaranteed he would be the first out of the door in the event of new ownership, him and Kinneer could car share to the job centre!

Big pay off for him though so he can't lose really.

I think he was in the loop if you like or if we are De Niro in meet the fockers, in the circle of trust, and now he's out of it. He's been left to make do and he's now fending for himself. Its all one big messy situation. We really are a rudderless ship.

How can a business with a skeleton crew, who's transaction revenue gives a positive margin, is not paying any imediate debt, be bordering on an overdraft?

The figures don't add up, full accounts disclosure should be demanded. Smells like something's off here, just like a well known high street coffee retailer, selling products to itself at over inflated prices so it can claim a loss every year thus dodging taxes, is NUFC MA's little tax haven?

The only reason any more spending is going to put us into our overdraft is because Ashley's emptied our accounts.

No way should the club with the 20th largest income in the WHOLE f***ing WORLD be unable to have a net spend on transfers over 5 sodding years.

So either the overdraft comment is a massive lie, or all our money has been drained into that tatty charva clothes shop. Either scenario is utterly disgusting.

Not a defence, just an observation. Rangers got very similar crowds to us and look what happened, plus they gotten Champions League money and probably have a bigger fanbase worldwide.

Err because they were fiddling their taxes.

Irrelevance because of the above but what's the SPL TV deal worth?

Our situation and Rangers are vastly different, incomparable.

I wouldn't bet on it, pleading poverty whilst having zero expenditure? Something's not right.

None of us had great expectations of the summer transfer window and the end result was about as bad as we could have thought it could be.

This week Alan Pardew has talked about fans disappointed Newcastle didn’t make a ‘marquee signing’, to the bemusement of the supporters, and now he is claiming that United bid ‘a lot of money’ for an English player this summer.

FA Cup semi-final Alan ShearerThis is what he had to say to the Shields Gazette;

“We could well be starting (on Saturday v Villa) without any English player, I am sure we will get a lot of negative press.

We tried to bring an English player to this club (this summer) for a lot of money but it didn’t happen.

That is something we have looked at, the ratio of foreign players is getting tight for us.

It is important in our transfer policy that we bring in some English players.”

The one English player the club claimed they’d bid for in the summer was Darren Bent, with claims that Villa were wanting £6m and Newcastle not prepared to match that, the player ending up at Fulham on loan.

Millions of pounds is obviously millions of pounds but inside Premier League football you have to look at the going rate and surely Alan Pardew can’t claim a bid of under £6m is a ‘lot of money’? Can he? Maybe he got carried away after seeing the likes of Beardsley, Shearer and Ferdinand turning out on Wednesday and wanted to be a part of that feelgood factor.

There were rumours of interest in Tom Ince but surely if the likes of Blackpool had turned down ‘a lot of money’; for their star man they’d be wanting to make sure their fans knew about it.

Plus if Newcastle had made an official bid for a player then surely they could be saying now who it was.

Smoke and mirrors coming into play, just for a change.

The truth is never clear these days at Newcastle United.

I don't believe you Alan.

Scum sucking sycophantic slime. Aside from the fact that he's about as much much good as a turd in a punchbowl in terms of coaching. He's complicit in getting into bed with the most ruthless and non-empathetic people to grace the sport. If this is what 'all managers say' and 'sustainability' then the whole lot can get fucked. That goes for anyone who defends him too.

Probably referring to Darren Bent, not Thomas Ince imo as the latter would actually cost decent money.

Bent wasn't a lot of money though. Oh wait, we're including the wages for the rest of his career and sending his kids to private school aren't we.

But if he'd agreed to Smart Price bog roll instead of Andrex supersoft he could have got it over the line.

That would make sense.  I know people have it in for Pardew for various reasons, but ultimately the single best thing for him is a team that's winning games, same as for us. I think his contradictory press statements are a small symptom of a much wider problem.

Pardew said: "That's what we are searching for with Hatem, a little bit more consistency in terms of him winning games, whether it's an assist or a goal."

Only because your tactics aren't ever good enough to win us games Alan?  :hmm:
