Garth Fucking Crooks giving Pardew the thumbs up for a job well done!  :idiot2:

Say what you like about Pardew, he's clearly an excellent shoveller of horseshit. The media have for the most part all bought his excuses this season.

We were fucking awful and I'm not quite sure how we managed to win, but we did.

Hopefully Pardew is sacked tonight.

All there is to it. Two quality players saving the manager's blushes.

Elliott - 2 - abysmally thick, distribution was beyond poor too

Debuchy - 5 - got roasted in the first half and made some appalling decisions

Williamson - 7 - solid enough

Coloccini - 7.5 - wasn't tested but played well

MYM - 7 - showed some canny touches going forward

Jonas - 5.5 - ran around and that

Cabaye - 6.5 - best game for a while despite not contributing too much

Tiote/Perch - 6 - did OK

HBA - 8 - easily the best player on the park going forward

Cisse - 5 - quiet and some bizarre choices when he actually had the ball

Gouffran - 7.5 - Tireless work off the ball and a good goal too. Unlucky to get hooked.

Relief - 100 - uuuuuuuggggggggh

If it wasn't for Jonas's hard work and willingness to graft and chase lost causes Goufrann wouldn't have scored that 2nd goal.

I like Jonas and think he gets an unbelievable amount of unfair criticism on here.

I thought Gouffran had his best game for us today, hardly surprising considering we actually played him up front rather in that fucking no man's land on the wing that Pardew usually asks him to occupy.

I agree, although I think he's capable of playing wide in a 4-3-3 as well.

Oh Aye, and Goufrann had played excellent i agree, but just before he got hooked he looked knackered and had given the ball away sloppilly a couple of times.

Guest Roy the Irish Magpie

Just seen a Newcastle fan on twitter demand Goufrann be sold in summer. He must be taken the piss the lad just spared our blushes today. No offence to a yone but of our fans can be proper thick at times like in that instance.

Elliott - 3 - What the fuck man?

Debuchy - 4 - looked so poor first half, lucky not to concede a second pen, could of easily cost us the game.

Williamson - 6.5 - did what was asked.

Coloccini - 7.5 - played well, clearly makes a massive difference to the team.

MYM - 7 -  quality player who hasn't quite settled in yet, looked good today though.

Jonas - 6 - did well to make the second goal really, but he's all hard work and no quality,

Cabaye - 6 - Okayish, but looked a liability with his tackling.

Tiote- 6.5 - okay.

HBA - 8 - clearly the most talented player on the pitch, shame we couldnt of used him more. fantastic pen.

Cisse - 6 - decent holding up the ball at the end with jonas. odd choices at times though.

Gouffran - 8.5 - great work from him today, worked hard and had the talent to back it up. calm finish too.

perch - 6 - okay.

Couldn't believe my eyes when he hooked Gouffran again today. Literally the only player on our team who threatened to keep possession.

In the words of Bimpy, the decision was just whole new levels of spacker.
