unemployment and fiscal hardship

and now...............the employed !

 

i work in Houghton and there are 30 i know of in the place i work on backshift tonight so cant go, we are a town controlled by Nissan so multiply that by however many warehouses, suppliers or drivers they have and you'll easily be pushing a thousand or 2 who would go but are rota'd in tonight.

 

like it or not people just cant take the time off to go to what in essence is a meaningless cup game, not least myself...id like to be there but if it means taking a half day to go to this or taking a half day to go to an away game, theres no contest.

was sitting in the library with the  youth cup game on and the bloke who worked there saw and came over saying how he supports us and grew up in hartlepool. found it hillarious after reading about all their catchment area shite. mag in a library

If Sunderland winning a cup was what it took for us to take cups seriously, would you be alright with them winning it?
