Fair enough, when i saw him ( fair few years ago now mind) he would play on the wing, not a natural winger though would drift into central areas and the penalty area quite a lot. Skirge
Newcastle face competition for Dutch ace as Man City may lose Kompany A RIVAL for the signature of one of Newcastle United’s main transfer targets has emerged today. The transfer stories are hotting up as the January looms, and these are some of the headlines elsewhere: Monaco are set to test Manchester City’s resolve to hold on to Belgian defender Vincent Kompany, 27, in January by making an audacious £17m offer for the player’s services. aussiemag
Seems to be a fair bit of talk about Luuk de Jong still, if he can get fit and hit the form that got him in the Dutch side he'd be a good signing.

LRD
Luuk de Jong does look a good bet to leave though, having fell out with his manager. 83 mins in 11 league appearances must be incredibly frustrating.

TaylorJ_01
In fact, two clubs negotiating with no concept of 'too expensive' will see transfer fees hit infinite levels - breaking the time-space continuum in the process. I, for one, welcome this oddity.

themanupstairs
That's some serious money laundering. Absolute filth how these cunts are allowed to take charge of clubs and splash money around like it's nothing while billions around the world live in poverty. It's fucking shameful. The human race at its very worst.

Guest
Seventeen million for Kompany or twenty nine million for Luiz. I love daft little things like that. Like how Colo & Cisse are the only two players in our entire squad who cost more than what Sunderland paid for Cattermole.
