Tooj
Still not sure why they tied Valencia up to a new contract, he's been bang average for ages.

Dr.Spaceman
Out of interest, who would people rather have, Jordi Gomez or Jack Colback?

Stifler
Out of interest, who would people rather have, Jordi Gomez or Jack Colback? Colback. Jordi Gomez hasn't really achieved anything despite having potential, Colback has the potential to be a much better player, plus you'd get a few more years out of Colback. Stifler
Rangers have signed Kenny Miller & Kris Boyd. They're going to go bust again aren't they? Pressure is getting to them by having both Hibs, and Hearts in the Championship next season. The SFA have already shown that they don't have the bottle to kick them out of the league system, so why would they want to play it safe when they can fuck they can just wind the club up and start again, again. I know you love to fellate colback because he gave you a wink once in high school, but I guaran-damn-tee that he will show zero progression at NUFC. He has very little potential to improve, and he is at a club where no player goes on to realize their potential anyway. NUFC is the perfect cocktail for a stagnant career. So your saying you would prefer Gomez who is on the decline and never really that good in anyway? Put it this way, I'd rather have Gosling than Gomez. SEMTEX
Couldn't give a s*** tbf, all waste of space players at a waste of space club. Just don't pretend that colback is going to achieve anything.

They will make Europa League spots and may pinch 4th from you lot . Considering LVG is either a mind-blowing success or an abject failure (Based on his past work at different clubs, there seems to be no middle ground) , I reckon they'd either win the title, or finish outside of top 10. Think no valid predictions can be made until August 31st though. @Tooj, Apparently Van Gaal wants to try Rooney in a midfield 3 during pre-season. Froggy will tell us about Pirlo-isation of Rooney after a decent game vs. Roma in pre-season friendly
Incognito
All of the glory hunters round this way have been slagging Moyes rotten yet ironically praising the two signings that Moyes wanted. Despite not having a clue who one of them was. Cockends.
Froggy
Rooney is outstanding but I'm always taking the piss on here about other things. My realistic prediction is 3rd. Chelsea and City are too strong as things stand, but I think with no European distraction, new manager and new signings we'll be stronger than Arsenal and Liverpool. Suarez out helps as well. Chiellini has come out and supported Suarez saying the ban is excessive and he feels for him and his family. So who knows, don't count your chickens yet...the appeal by Uruguay FA may prove successful in reducing the ban Just seen Maradona wearing a T-Shirt for Suarez' support on live TV. Well, that's all he needed. defense from the king of fair play and morality, Diego Armando Maradona. I swear Suarez is Walter White. Never seen someone so controversial and the ultimate hero/villain like that in my life-time.

He's less cautious than Moyes and will suit the type of player they buy better.
