 He's a character. Rarely a game goes by without him doing something zany. He's got the Neuers about him.

Wish he'd have learned how to set up a wall and position himself on free kicks sometime in the last 15 years of playing footy  :anguish:

I don't even know what to say about the lying on the ball outside the box thing.

I'm amazed it wasn't one of Martinez's first actions to replace him - been a weaklink for Everton for years IMO.

Under Moyes he was average at best, often shit. In Moyes' last season he was horrific.

Then he had his best ever run of form in Martinez's first season and got rewarded with a new deal. This season he's been back to the same old shit and is costing us points regularly again. He's just been interviewed and put it all on the players in the wall

He's been a disaster zone for years now, last season aside. A good shot-stopper but his antics cost us points on a regular basis. The wall today was a total shambles. We fought back but that's yet more points dropped. Martinez can talk about "incredible spirit" as much as he likes, but it's another poor result. Just as I thought we were getting back on track this season, 2 points from Swansea and Sunderland is nowhere near good enough. Europe is our saving grace at the moment.
