Adjusted my attempt from earlier in this thread due to recent events :)

He smashed it in at the Gallowagate end - Cisse, Cisse

He joined his mate Ba on the floor and preyed, Cisse.

He's 6 foot tall, and born in Dakar

Drinking syrup with Demba Ba,

Pa-piiss Cisse, Newcastle's number nine.

They call it St James',

It' the best in the land.

With the Gallowgate End,

East and two massive stands.

It always has been,

'nd so it will remain,

The best football ground in the game!

La, la, la, la-la-la-la-la, la-la-la-la-la TOON!

Demba said come play with me, Cisse, Cisse,

We'll both score goals and then we'll pray, Cisse, Cisse,

He flew one day from Senegal,

He gets the ball and scores a goal,

Papiss Cisse, Newcastle's number nine.

Na-na-na-na-na-na-na-na-na-na-na-na,

Na-na-na-na-na-na-na-na-na-na-na-na,

Na-na-na-na-na-na-na-na,

Na-na-na-na-na-na-na-na,

Papiss Cisse, Newcastle's number nine.

"Gets the ball" line needs sorting, but surely the rest could work? With the re-emergence of "E-I-E-I-E-I-O" if we added a good version of this to the repertoire I would love it.

How about:

Demba said "with me you'll play" Cisse, Cisse.

"We'll score for fun and then we'll pray" Cisse, Cisse.

Sun-der-land paid for his flight

but he can't stand the red and white

He said "I am

Newcastle's number 9"

Tune?

We are the Geordies, the cock of the North.

I know it's shite having two songs to the same tune, but it's an effective and creative way for people to stick up for the ground.

Before singing "Ryan Taylor over the wall"..

We should sing something like... "It's over the wall, it's over the wall, just like Liam O's (or 'the mackems') it's over the wall!"... then ^

Who put the ball in Barca's goal? Shola Shola

all we need is for Sammy to score against Barca then "Who put the ball in Barca's net, Ameobi, Ameobi..."

"any Ameobi" would sound class too

pretty sure i've heard that get a couple of outings earlier in the season

Scunthorpe away. Funnily enough the game straight after the mackems away, Raylor scored a free kick but it may have gone round rather than over. Definately been aired a few times since too

Guest SuperShola!

I fucking hate the "and Shola from Fenham shot one down" chant thing. First heard it when I was at Arsenal. Some absolute knobends where trying to start it off but failed, then on Sunday it was just pathetic. There was only like 10/15 people trying to start it at the back of the corner and after about 5 minutes no-one was catching on, they just kept going. Sort of killed the atmosphere in the corner a little bit.
