Skeletor
Oh look an away cup tie. That's new.
Neil
Moaned on to anyone who would listen that I was pissed we had to play Leicester away on the first day. The ONE day you don't want to play a newly promoted side. Knew that give it 2-3 months we'd piss all over them as they'd have gone off the boil. Albeit that said we're arguably worse now. I think you'll go through fwiw. Can see it being relatively comfortable actually. Also, never seen a team get such consistently easy ties as Chelsea. Seemingly every single year, lower league team at home. Like clockwork.
Nobody
It's not just the domestic cups that Chelsea seems to get easy draws in, feel like their CL draws have been favourable as well.
Disco
It's not just the domestic cups that Chelsea seems to get easy draws in, feel like their CL draws have been favourable as well. Seems that way although they fucked up getting through when they won the UEFA.
LFEE
Any news on what's been picked for TV etc?
Guest Roger Kint
Any news on what's been picked for TV etc? Man Utd, Liverpool & Chelsea regardless of opposition normally do. Probably Blyth too. Thankfully theres no hope in hell of ours even being considered
ben-nufc
I'd think it'll be Blyth v Birmingham on the Friday, then Dover v Palace, Wimbledon v Liverpool, Accrington/Yeovil v Man Utd and Arsenal V Hull over the Saturday/Sunday/Monday.
timeEd32
Chelsea's 3rd Round opponents in the Premier League years: 2015 - Watford (h) 2014 - Derby (a) 2013 - Southampton (a) 2012 - Pompey (h) 2011 - Ipswich (h) 2010 - Watford (h) 2009 - Southend (h) 2008 - QPR (h) 2007 - Macclesfield Town (h) 2006 - Huddersfield (h) 2005 - Scunthorpe (h) 2004 - Watford (a) 2003 - Middlesbrough (h) 2002 - Norwich (a) 2001 - Peterborough (h) 2000 - Hull City (a) 1999 - Oldham (a) 1998 - Man Utd (h) 1997 - WBA (h) 1996 - NUFC (h) 1995 - Charlton (h) 1994 - Barnet (a) 1993 - Middlesbrough (a) That's pretty fucking ridiculous. nufcjb
And when they did get tough opposition like us in 96, they beat us on fucking penalties in a replay at SJP. Lucky cunts.
AyeDubbleYoo
Be fair, they played Man Utd in 1998.

Close. Everton/West Ham on instead of Blyth
ponsaelius
That's absurd, magic of the cup. No West Brom vs Gateshead either. Both NE teams have been royally screwed there.

As have Wrexham imo. Shocking decision to have two all PL ties, especially one as dull on paper as Evertons
Neil
If that's the complete list of TV games that's an absolute shambles.
