could you not just remove a blue star from an existing kit? there's specialist football shirt repairers on Instagram etc who'd do it no bother I reckon

Think it would just defeat the purpose tbh. May as well just keep any with the star on as it is considering the price it would be. Mine without the star was £90 and that's really cheap.

Ahh I see what you mean. I could get the Asics kit like, but I'm not sure how different the star is on that one vs the barcode kit. The barcode kit itself is nowhere to be seen on DHGate like, that's why I've ended up resorting to getting a proper one.

The star on the Asics kit was a felt-like patch, the star on the barcode was built into the fabric.

Not every version was. We were talking about it a few pages back. There was a no-sponsor release, a patch release, then an integrated sponsor release. So I'd be looking to immitate the patch release.

funnily enough, I've just took the asics patch off a 92 home shirt. so if it's just the blue star patch you're after, you are welcome to the shirt KI

I have seen the new strips but sworn to secrecy. Think you’re going to love (or hate depending on your historical opinions) the third strip 😁

So the rumoured Purple and Orange number then :D

Like this if it’s a remake of the 1997-98 away kit.

hi adidas, keep it up, you're doing a really good job!

I'm against adidas remaking older strips and would prefer them to make something newer, but I'd jizz hard & fast if they made something like that

You did your own long-sleeved red and blue barcode kit didn't you? Would love the template of that so I could just make the actual barcode kit. Recently bought a sponsor-less barcode kit as well so been desperately trying to find the blue star for that one. I've never seen any templates on eBay like, even if you had the link for them that would be class.

that was a lucky find on depop, oddly it had celtic written in the shadow stripe.  I would leave it plain tbh, rarer.  My mate refused to put greenalls on any of my 80's shirts as he felt they shouldn't be touched.

I know it won’t happen for a multitude of revenue building reasons but I really wish they gave these kits a two-year lifespan. Feels like we don’t see them worn enough.

Also good for the environment etc etc.

I had the OG with Tino on. He fucked off back to Parma not long after I bought it.

I know what you mean by this for nostalgia reasons, but objectively that’s a horrific kit.

That's really generous, thank you! I think what I'll do for the time being is try and find one that's the same material as the umbro one, but if I have no luck I'll get back to you.

Please give as much away as you can so I can spend hours in EAFC Kit creator trying to recreate what you're saying. Feel free to speak in code or PM

I've seen some too...but not sworn to secrecy...fluorescent pink, and austin allegro brown zigzags. Admittedly what I saw was for Pro Evo 97....but probably as real
