Possibly going to be the worst WC ever.

Well, perhaps if you discount the 500 people who died building stadiums for the corrupt WC in Qatar, or the incessant buzzing of the vuvuzelas in South Africa.

But not to be outdone by Boston's train fares, the leaders of New York and New Jersey just said "hold my beer and watch this"

Watch it be the one England wins and forever when it is talked about that mad cunt trump will get mentioned, that would be just our luck.😀

The daft cunt will likely take credit and tell Starmer that he wants a winners medal, otherwise he’s going to do a drone strike on Sadiq Khan

Boo fucking hoo. This whole WC has been a shit show from day 1. I have little to no sympathy for those still travelling after all the bollocks Infantino has been spouting over the last few years.

I have sympathy for them because they just want to support their team. I’ve never had the time or money to go to a World Cup abroad, but I’m not going to criticize somebody for wanting to support their team and getting massively exploited.

We should definitely boycott the bloody thing though. It’s way past time.

Aye, its going to be a shit show, imagine if this crazy war is still going on and flights are cancelled, 1/4 full stadiums with Americans that dont have any interest and have been given free tickets so it looks ok on camera.

Ive said for a while now, just cancel the fucking thing.

Oh fucking hell, just fuck fucking off you fucking cunt faced cunts.

It's almost impressive how they've made what I once thought was the pinnacle of football into something so repulsive and cringeworthy. That's before we even get into how they've diluted the footballing quality or fleeced the fans at every turn. Fucking ram it.

I'm going. I went to see Scotland at the WC with my dad when I was 8, and I dreamed of us both going again for 28 years. I started to think it'd never happen again, at least not while we could both go (bit morbid like) - now it is, could easily be decades before it happens again. It's a shitshow but I booked flights the the day the groups were announced. I'm also taking the opportunity to visit American friends from my time living there, and pick up my vinyls I still have in storage in Chicago.

Assuming FIFA expand the tournament to 64 teams, expect it'd become unusual not to qualify.

The only reason Scotland is there now is because they expanded it.

Howay I’m not having that, UEFA only got 3 more spots and we won our group. It’s the likes of Sweden you can say that about.

Enough of the games will still be good to make it fun to watch. There are always a handful of surprise great games in the mix. I suspect the key at this end will be trying to avoid any of the off-the-pitch stuff. What times are the kick-offs?

ik,i use to love the world cup, i've seen almost every one in my lifetime. 1982 was one, i think i saw every single match, Paulo Rossi  :) ,who was just back from a ban for gambling or match fixing, ah, i'll still watch of course, i had to wait my whole life for us to be host, its just disappointing.  :(  kick off time vary most in the afternoon ,2 evening games i think we have 7 matches in total, i think the cool part, will be able to go watch some training session around town, fifa hasn't figured out how to charge for them yet    :)

Fortunately I’m not planning to watch any of the World Cup apart from when I’m in Amsterdam and the Netherlands play Sweden because the amount of unbelievably beautiful women of both nations who are gathered round tellies in bars to watch that game will be a sight to behold.
