Whatever happens in the next 4 years if soneone else comes in it needs to be a similar appointment the goal shouldn't change. Him getting put on the left to accomodate Lampard and Gerrard in the middle was a disgrace. A midfield 3 with all of them, Scholes as the deep lying playmaker may have worked. Alli and Lampard I agree with, I was hesitant to put Lampard in with the other 3 but put him in because we forced him to play as a centre mid in a 4-4-2 for England.
