Elliot Anderson is much better than any of the other midfielders or forwards. I just find it devastating watching him run games like he did in the opener. Fuck PSR man

We’ll have him back in the future without doubt. HG, cemented CM and we should be ahead of other clubs when that move becomes available.

has looked like a Bruno regen in the opening two games. Has absolutely everything in his game.

Don't think Anderson would have taken off like he has had he stayed here like. Too much in Bruno's shadow. Like with Wood, Forrest have to take a lot of credit for identifying players we weren't getting the most from and transforming them.

 

One of the rare occasions I'm actually glad we sold a player who turns out to be class. It's nice to see him doing well.

Said it before, but he was very much breaking out for us then the injury pushed him back. With Tonali suspension, I believe he would've locked down a CM position which ended up being Longstaff. Ended season strongly too which made losing him even more difficult to swallow.

From a transfers perspective I wasn’t impressed with Elliott, McAtee or Rowe, all who have been linked at some stage. Only Quansah looked like he had something about him.

 

McAtee in particular looks ill suited to a Eddie Howe side.

Mcatee doesn't have any physicality. Elliot is technical but too isn't an Eddie player.
