Telling he bottled taking that pen midweek too. Van Gaal is a terrible manager for Rooney, imo. He changes things too much, moves him around, and hasn't looked to provide someone to support him up top, which he absolutely needs. He's a player that comes deep to receive and either play others in and look to get in to a scoring position for a return. Or have someone create space for him to take it or turn and drive at the box.
