No idea what he sees when he is watching us, he obviously was aware of the issues considering who we tried to sign, but surely he should be changing something with the layers we have got, it's the same rubbish every game. That formation is just about good enough when Diame and Gayle are starting. It goes to shit when they aren't. None of the players look confident in what they're doing. Injuries,and Acon, have reduced his ability to do this- the window would have been a chance to strengthen. Ashley has fucking blown it yet again. So the answer is change your philosophy and start from scratch because a few people on NO feel it isn't working? Personally I'm not sure we have the players to implement any system particularly well, certainly not at a level which this forum seems to expect.
