Simeone and Tuchel off the top of my head would be interesting appointments.

Ultimately though, they want a new manager because Wenger has stagnated for years. Any promising up and coming manager that is challenging for things elsewhere would likely be a breath of fresh air. They want a change in direction. There are no guarantees man, but they just want a change! Don't understand why this is something to be so fearful of.

I mean they plucked Wenger out of Japan for goodness sake, and look what he achieved. This fear of bringing in a new manager, and it having to be someone everyone knows that will definitely achieve what the last guy did is a bit silly. Let the club have their criteria and go and find the right guy. It's a case of whether a change is needed or not, and I think at this point Arsenal fans are within their right to ask for change.

I love Wenger myself and would never want him out, but I can fully understand Arsenal fans being absolutely fed up, and wanting to take a chance on someone new.

So change just for change's sake? I don't see the point in that to be honest. If they can get a good manager from one of the big leagues, such as Simeone or Tuchel then fair enough, I guess. But to get rid of Wenger just to change things up seems ludicrous to me.

It's Arsenal though, so you'd imagine they'd be able to attract a top manager. It wouldn't be change for change's sake.

Will be interesting to see what happens for sure.

Huddersfield 2-0 now. Thought they would have dropped away by now but seemingly not.

We need to keep winning to keep the pressure on but they are in a rich vein of form it has to be said. I expected ZBrighton to win easily enough. We have to make sure there is still a gap in a months time as we have a decent run in. Don't want to be caught by the chasing pack as the pressure will be ramped up ten fold.
