I won't be losing any sleep over not being able to sign Pritchard or Knockaert, although they would of been nice.

Im sure Rafa has a plan up his sleeve. Sels, Jesus, Diame, Clark and to an extent Ritchie were all signed, sealed and delivered fairly quickly without any real links.

Alex Pritchard will be a Brighton player within the next 48 hours, according to Sky sources, with a fee worth up to £8m having been agreed with Spurs and only a few more formalities needing to be completed.

However, Anthony Knockaert will not be leaving Brighton in this transfer window, according to Sky sources.

The two deals are not linked in any way and Newcastle no longer retain an interest in the player.

Damn. Brighton will be dangerous.

Bugger. They'll be a threat.

f***. They're gonna be good.

they got a decent striker?

Hemed.

We could do with a flat track bully of a striker like, someone fast, direct, powerful and who can bang them in for fun...

Was just thinking a striker we could potentially take a punt on is the Spanish striker Joselu that Stoke signed last summer, when we were also credited with having an interest. Could see him doing well in the Championship.

Tall pacy striker that stretches the defence. Fernando Torres lite?
