Two and a half minutes to find out someone got elbowed in the face and he gets a yellow card. And VAR gets rid of wrong decisions.

Well it was closer to the right decision than what the ref did.

That process can be streamlined so much so that it only takes 30-45 seconds max.  Why can't the ref see the incident on an smartwatch for example?  The PL proposed to use Google Glass for the ref to watch incidents on.

Refs making major calls on an inch wide screen would be an issue?

Never seen a smart watch up close like.

Doesn't even need to be a smartwatch.  Can be a very thin device in his pocket, flexible screen devices are available.

Whoever thought out the process for the system in it's current form wants sacking mind.

The concept of VAR is a good one, but in this current format, fuck no.

Aye, this format of it is terrible.

Wonder if FIFA sees that this system is an absolute joke? Highly doubt it like

“Nothing is standing in the way of using VARs [at the World Cup], as far as I’m concerned,” Infantino told a news conference in St Petersburg on the eve of the Confederations Cup final. “So far it has been successful. We are learning, we are improving, we are continuing the tests.“
