Morgan from Celtic was very good at St Mirren (at scottish championship level) so has something about him. Not a bad effort but definitely adverse to spending money on players. It’s more the level they are at more than his talent. He’s been good at reserve level and has pace which is absent in their league. Tiny mind, will count against him.
