That Albert one is enshrined in other factors. It was iconic for fact it was the 5th in a total bumming of a great Man Utd side, plus it was lobbing Schmeichel in a such an audacious cheeky way. Yorkie Posted April 8 Share Posted April 8 Both Albert's vs Man Utd and Schär's vs PSG are so similar in that they're technically brilliant goals by a cultured CB which put the cherry on an absolutely stunning cake. It's so difficult to separate them... Schär's was the better strike but the context of the ManU (and what had come before it) game perhaps just elevates Albert's? Then you've got BDB. Expand I'd argue that (very soon) Tripper, Hall and Schar would all be in our all time PL back four. Hall probably has to cement himself for another season. I'd stick Woodgate alongside Schar, even though he wasn't around for long he's the best CB I've seen play in black and white.
