Should be based on feet being in line imo, you want forwards to be leaning forward to encourage goals being scored. Benefit of the doubt is meant to go to the attacker for that reason, not ruling it out as 2mm of armpit is offide

Does he not mean net spend in transfer fees and that refer to salaries?

 

I presume he means net spend in transfer fees. My point is that that's not a great measure of spending - or in his own words "spending sense". Haven't got on that particular high horse for a while so wanted to get back in the saddle for a tic.
