We’ve completely flipped the rule from last season, which was shit anyway. They’re slowly altering the rules one by one to allow for more goals/penalties so football is more ‘exciting’ but completely ignoring the reason VAR was bought in, to have fairness. Penalties are now given for things that wouldn't even be a free kick in the centre circle, as all there needs now is "contact". Barcelona may be in turmoil but with Real Madrid relying on Benzema and Ramos they may end up winning the league by default. They've technically got a better front line.
