Tribesman
Cisse He was f***ing electric for about 6 months then he absolutely nosedived and did nothing but be offside a lot and miss sitters. Says the guy that put Saint Maximin in his team.
GavMcEl
Dubravka Schar Lascelles Coloccini Debuchy Enrique Cabaye Tiote Ben Arfa Cisse Ba That's pretty much the team I'd pick... might stick krul in goal instead of dubs... some of his performances where unreal at the start of the decade that on in 2013 against spurs springs to mind... Subs: Dubs Lejeune Wijnaldum Santon Perez Remy Sissoko Think Gayle deserves an honorable mention for his goals in the championship season.... and although hes turned into a wanker nolan for his role in the 1st 2 years of the decade .... if he didnt do/say what he did this summer he probs would of been in the team
Yorkie
For out-and-out strikers who've played more than the odd game, I'd put them in this order: 1. Ba 2. Remy 3. Carroll (25 goals in 2010, the most anyone has scored in a calendar year since Shearer) 4. Rondon 5. Cisse 6. Gayle 7. Mitrovic 8. Lovenkrands 9. Joelinton (though admittedly haven't seen enough) 10. Best 11. Shola 12. D Murphy 13. Ranger 14. Joselu 15. Muto 16. L De Jong 17. Riviere Wingers: 1. Ben Arfa 2. Townsend 3. Gutierrez 4. Ritchie 5. Sissoko 6. Routledge 7. Gouffran 8. Kenedy 9. Atsu 10. Marveaux 11. Obertan 12. Sammy 13. Aarons 14. Thauvin 15. J Murphy (fuck it, go on then...) Attacking-mids: 1. Perez 2. Almiron / Saint-Maximin (not seen enough of the latter tbh) 3. Cabella 4. Vuckic 5. S De Jong Centre-mids: 1. Cabaye 2. Wijnaldum 3. Nolan 4. Tiote 5. Diame 6. Guthrie 7. Shelvey 8. Hayden 9. S Longstaff 10. Barton 11. Merino 12. Ki 13. M Longstaff (not seen enough) 14. Anita 15. Bigirimana 16. Abeid 17. Saivet 18. Colback 19. Gosling 20. Smith (hold onto your hats, he's still going!!) Full-backs: 1. Enrique 2. Debuchy 3. Willems (early days, obvs) 4. Dummett 5. Yedlin 6. Janmaat 7. Santon 8. Simpson 9. Raylor 10. Haidara 11. Manquillo 12. Perch 13. Gamez 14. Krafth (... surely not, OH YES, THE CBs AS WELL!!) Centre-backs: 1. Coloccini 2. Lejeune 3. Schar 4. Lascelles 5. Clark 6. Fernandez 7. Saylor 8. Yanga-Mbiwa 9. Mbemba 10. Perch (yeah, he's in two categories, wanna fight? Let's go!) 11. Williamson 12. Hanley 13. Campbell Goalies: 1. Krul 2. Dubravka 3. who gives a fuck...? ... I DO!!! 3. Darlow 4. Harper 5. Elliot 6. Sels 7. Woodman 8. Alnwick So I guess that looks like: ------------------- Krul Debuchy - Lejeune - Coloccini - Enrique Ben Arfa - Cabaye - Wijnaldum - Townsend ---------------- Ba - Remy Vs. -------------- Alnwick Krafth - Hanley - Campbell - Gamez Murphy - Gosling - Smith - Thauvin --------- Rivieire - L de Jong

Consortium of one
Surprised by the amount of Sissoko picks. Guess people are basing him on his Spurs CM form as he rarely played there for us and when he did he was pretty poor I thought Sissoko should have stayed as a CM for us. Big, strong, pacy and mobile he would have made a very good box to box guy and he would have developed better in the middle of the pitch. I thought he lost a lot when we moved him out to the wing. Tiresias
I mean it's the old debate of should you pick a player based on how good they could be or how good they generally were. Sissoko is a fantastic player, sometimes, and it is clear it's not just that he was erratic for us, his wandering form seems consistent, dropping in and out of teams, impressing then disappearing. I think it's fair to give players in these rankings benefit of the doubt mostly and pick based on them at their best, but really can't give Sissoko that much credit, he played fairly miserably for a while. Pata
Seeing Wijnaldum or Sissoko ahead of Tiote hurts.
Consortium of one
Tiote needs to be in the 1st XI just for the pea he hit to equalize against Arsenal. I nearly shit my pants when that went in.

Anderson
Leaving out Enrique, as a couple have done, is mad. He's probably the easiest pick in the team on account of being head and shoulders above anyone else in his position.

He played as a RB a few times last season, no? Thought Janmaat was good there for us. Four goals and 10 assists in two seasons. Although it is kinda nice to see his career hasn’t gone too great since leaving us.
