Ronaldo
Way over the top. He’s a very very good goalscorer, or was 2 seasons ago.

1892er
My mates young un plays football with his. He says he was talking to him and he said he's got a bulging disc that's nipping a nerve which is causing hamstring issues. Reckons he was in Barcelona last week seeing a specialist because it wasn't healing the way it should be.

RodrigoRamos
Should've cashed in on this dude in January when we had the chance. Another example of us not being ruthless enough at jettisoning players who are not good enough to get us to where we want to be. It's OK though, he's handsome, seems like a funny guy and smiles a lot. That gets you very far with the Newcastle faithful.

A goal every other game at PL level which is very good so don’t think the smiling comes into it. I agree he needs to be replaced, but let’s not go overboard. I’m pretty sure the ‘Newcastle faithful’ think we need someone in who plays more.

His body is made of candy floss, cobwebs and wheetabix and always has been. We should've cashed in on him in January while there was still value to be taken, same with Trippier. I'm so fed up of people saying this - if the player doesnt want to move, he won't go its really simple. He and his family love it up here, and his kids are settled in school etc and he has no intentions of leaving. For us to sell him, it would need to be an amazing offer, which, lets face it, isn't coming!

Fine, but by the time all these substandard players feel ready to leave, all our ambitious players like Isak, Gordon and Bruno will be long gone

As someone who's had problems with slipped disks (probably nowhere near as bad as what Callums got), this is probably fucking awful for him. Constant pain, whatever you do, from morning to night. It made me a right grumpy bastard when it was at its worst, must be so much worse being a professional athlete and having it.
gjohnson
Time for that Simpsons clip.... "Billy, remember that old Plymouth we just couldn't fix?" "We sold him to Mr Lazslo?" "You're a dull boy Billy" For the garage attendant see us. For Billy see Paul Mitchell For Mr Lazslo see any Saudi team not under orders to not buy players from us (ie none). CW is a busted flush now. No-ones going to pay money for him, so we might as well milk any ability he has left before he's physically incapable of getting back on a pitch....which seems closer with every passing week

You'd almost think having first rate medical professionals available at a moments notice would be better than whatever the NHS are attempting to pass off as qualified doctors today....which is definitely not the stressed out 70 hour a week one we're constantly being told about

Agreed - the best of the best managers can rebuild when they need to, if I said to you Man U’s striker under fergie was one of the best you’d ask which one. Imo Tripps, Wilson, Miggy and Longstaff should have went if we got offers. I may end up changing my mind in the next few weeks with tripps I feel as I reckon he’ll be getting more minutes soon.
