Always amusing saying players aren't giving their all from your armchair watching ropey streams

In fairness not everyone is able to attend every match. I work every other Saturday, for example. It doesn't lessen someone's opinion

Such a shame because the old Willock is exactly what we need on the bench to change games. This guy is worse than Longstaff and it’s costing us because we look so disjointed every time he comes on

Well you get a better overall picture at a live game because   of the off the ball view, but my point was generally about questioning a players commitment. Willock has a languid style, I'm sure he was trying as hard as everyone else

In his current state he should be nowhere near the pitch. Doesn`t have any positive involvements at all it seems like.

Him, Almiron and Longstaff being useless, Barnes and Wilson being injury prones has made what looked like a decent squad in theory look absolutely horrible now.

God forbid Gordon or Isak gets an injury.

Did you think he came on and wasn't trying his best, like?

Maybe he did, but I dont think he did enough to get involved in the game. He didnt invite to make runs or show interest in the ball. A really poor performance from him. Saw very little enthusiasm from a player supposed to fighting for his place in the team.

Fair enough, you saw more than me

I get why it happens but hate how fast people forget after a bad performance like that. Before people jump on this comment I understand he’s been off the boil for a bit. We’re not talking about a total shit player here though, think the assist for Isak and some of the goals he’s scored for us.

He just needs some game time and to find his way again and he’ll still be a decent player for us.

At this point we know Longstaff and Willock's limitations so yeah I'd rather see Miley be the first option off the bench.

I think Willock can offer more than he's showing, but 9 times out of 10 he's going to give you a frustrating performance when he comes on as a sub. When he starts he tends to grow into games in the second half, very rarely hits the ground running in a game.

Per his insta story, looks like he’s received some racial abuse today.

No place for it. Hope the club are able to assist him in any way he needs.
