Football is God. Sunday at 10PM on ESPN Classic if you have got it.

From Danish filmmaker Ole Bendtzen, Football is God explores the close relation between faith and football – and the lives three people lead… in the name of the Father, the Son and Diego Maradona.  The film follows three fans of Argentina’s Boca Juniors club – Hernán, Pablo and La Tía.  Hernán is an intellectual, intoxicated by a love for Boca he cannot shake off. He finds himself torn between reason and his emotional needs – a struggle that threatens to destroy him. Pablo is a working class man who believes legendary former Boca player Diego Maradona is a God – and has a burning desire to meet him. La Tía is an elderly eccentric. She considers the Boca players her sons. The film follows La Tía in her pursuit of delivering a birthday present – a pair of boxer shorts – to her favourite player, Martín Palermo.

Even if we finished in third place we still would have featured less.

Recorded the Premier League Years and watching it now. Despite them mentioning our great start, they showed about 10 seconds of footage (Ryan Taylor, Over the Wall) and that's been it - and we're well into fucking October now. Joke.

EDIT: after over the wall, the next thing of us is Ba's hat-trick at Stoke on Halloween  ridic

On prem years the bit on Henry returning

Fucking shocking, when it said "Return of the King" I was expecting a Lord of the Rings style thing... it was like Harry Potter.

We were only shown: Over the Wall, 1-3 at Stoke, getting beat off Man City away, beating Man U 3-0, beating Swansea 2-0 (the first mention of Cisse - April 6th ffs), beating Chelsea at Stamford Bridge and then getting beat off City and Everton. Pathetic really.
