He literally changed things when he noticed Man Utd weren't playing their normal way, like. We were by far the better team from that moment on as well.

You're confused with the West Ham, Brentford and Sunderland where we were abysmal. 

 

Those three teams wanted to win, worked hard to win and we're the better teams on the day. 

 

Man Utd didn't try and win as they knew full well we we're incapable. 

 

I think other than Sunderland game this is the worse as we should've won and if we had any quality we would've won

They just stayed up initially their first season back, it's only since they've had big investment that they've been able to look at mid-table as their "par".

Glasner and Iraola won't come here. Big addresses for those two next that we cant compete with right now. Bournemouth are in a bit of a slump at the moment but Iraola has done an amazing job there still.

The list of managers this season that have gotten the better of Howe is quite long. I’m sure a competent back room team could find someone.
