We went without a proper CEO, knowing the one we had was about to quit. We went without a DoF. For all I know we haven’t replaced that Silverstone guy either. Without proper people running the club for the owners it won’t work.

Imagine the same would have happened for the top clubs Hopkinson claim We will compete with? Think not…

These tactics and those signings are down to Howe and his nephew. Nobody else. He's been backed with far, far more money than any other manager in our history.

Bloody had since summer 2024 to prepare a strategy and we DID THAT in the summer - utter buffoonery of a window that makes next no so sense

Then throw in his poor tactics and it’s going one way

There’s been no game plan this game - at 2-2, it’s asking for composure - you have 15-20 mins and we are loose as fuck

His nephew apparently turned down Adam Wharton, I mean how can you be a scout and turn down a talent like that

Why are you seemingly enjoying us struggle?

Because I've been seeing the same problems since October and it's predictable shit.

Can't be negative though, even though the midfield issue, sticking with favourites has cost us.

I think this is where i finally have had enough with him.

Sell whoever we have to sell to fund a complete overhaul in the summer, massive rebuild guided by a proper backroom team. Howe is still the man, but this squad is coming to the end.

We are playing non League style football trying to get back into this. Absolute desperation.

Has to go - I can’t accept todays performance - there is no excuse - people can apologise for him all they want - It’s a ruthless business - he pays the price

It's easier to change manager than an entire squad.

Do we think we will get a top manager in if Eddie goes? If its not an absolute winner of an appointment I don't know that it works.

Glasner and Maresca seem like the type we would end up with and I think they are both huge risks of being a bust.

Lots of potential clubs changing too. On the upside it is looking increasingly like Carrick might have to be hired at Manure.

Could see Pep staying still and us entering into negotiations with Simeone.

Then Liverpool hearing about it dumping Slot and hiring Simeone instead.

Doesn't look likes it's gonna 'click' anytime soon. Think this is how it is until something changes, be that the manager or players. I'm at the point now where it can be either for me with a preference to keep Eddie. No room for sentiment in football, I just want us to win.
