Personally think he's the best manager we've had in my life time but i am really not happy with him this season, insisted on having control of signings, signed a pile of shit and we lost our abillty to compete. 2nd half tonight was an embarssement infront of the whole world. No reason to not throw everything at them on Sunday with 3 weeks off after ? It's a learning curve this season and hopefully Eddie and the club knows what needs to be sorted for next season. Been all.over the shop a lot of it, still in with a chance of rescuing it in next 8 games

PRL
I’ve been pretty negative about tactics deployed this season. We were the better team for 135 minutes out of 180. We all wanted the HT change we made. The implosion / fatigue second half isn’t a manager problem. I’m gutted because I thought we could actually win until the penalty despite repeatedly saying / thinking we couldn’t. That tie with a fit Isak would have been interesting. ugh. I’m fucking gutted but that one’s not on Howe for sure. Definitely want him there next season and beyond (with reasonable caveats)
timeEd32
I hate that this is the case, but Sunday feels like a critical game for him. Win and we're firmly in the race for Europe having made up for the derby defeat and tonight will be forgotten. Lose and I think a lot more people will want him replaced. I fear how far that goes. Nobody
8 minutes ago, Ellis H said: We're still playing people who were fighting relegation under Bruce Joelinton was the only pre takeover player that started tonight, and Willock and Murphy the only two that came on. This isn't an Ashley era team any more, however you'd be a fool to not understand we're still massively suffering the consequences of that era. We basically had an entire squad with no resale value, and thanks to FFP we're still dealing with that.

I would've preferred Livra to start, tonight but he's been out injured for ages. I wouldn't have benched Burn for anyone in our squad tonight though, he had a bit of a shocker tonight, but this is exactly the kind of game he has been magnificent in since he came. AJ9
We went hell for leather on a massive pitch first half and were physically and mentally fucked for the second. However, what is probably up for debate is how naive it is to have stated the way we did anyway. We expend so much energy on the press, but not sure how else we could have played. They’re just a much much better team than us

Wissa was excellent for Brentford last season, and I'd say it's only hindsight saying that signing has been terrible. He was every bit the perfect Wilson replacement we could have wanted. The Rat issue over the summer has well and truly fucked us this season to be honest.
Mills and Boon
Gave a good interview there. Defensive mistakes in the first half cost us then they blew us away second half. Proud of the lads, last 16 of the champions league isn't for everyone. I think this will hurt them but will spur them on for the rest of the season

Dokko
Should have shut up shop when thr 4th went in. Think he believes far too much in the players and thought they'd turn it around, but the reality is, some are just not good enough. We need a massive clear out. My fear is he wil want to keep hold of players who we've outgrown, like when we extended Lacelles, dummet and Ritchie. We need to move on.
Kid Icarus
Don't have any issue at all with our set up. In both matches we were set up to win, us managing to take 3 of our chances over both legs is really low. A lot of what Barcelona took came as a result of mistakes, game state, and a bit of head loss. There's definitely a scenario where that set up even with those players wins the tie, unfortunately us trying it in this season isn't ideal .
