Completely lost his way. Such a shame.

But it happens sooner or later with all managers. Just the way it is.

Lack of strategy and direction from ALL within the club last 2 years had led to this

I love Eddie but I am starting to think it could just be that Bruno is absolutely world class and he is just average.    What Are Eddies stats without him?

All good things come to an end, in football, you very rarely ride off into the sunset on a high. He MUST go at the end of the season. This team have nothing about them, the squad is a discombobulated, stale mess, there is no identity, style of play, hunger, drive or intelligence in how we play. The players have let him down and I would lose sleep over any of them leaving aside from Bruno, Miley and Hall, the people upstairs have let him down badly too, but he has also completely ran out of ideas and has taken us as far as he can.

Nobody put a gun to Eddie's head and forced him to sign Elanga for 55 million pounds.

Both the club hierarchy and the manager can be at fault for things, it doesn't have to be one or the other.

or Wissa for the same ££.

Exactly. It happens to almost every manager eventually.

Football moves quickly, cycles run their course, and things that once worked just stop having the same impact.

Doesn’t take away from what he’s done,  it’s just the reality of the game.

But going in at half-time 1–0 down to Bournemouth without a single shot on target… that’s the kind of thing that makes you think he’s lost it.

Bruno and Isak. Trippier before that. Last season would've been shambles with just a decent striker instead of a world class one.
