The next night, you go again. Do you:

a) Use the same chat-up line again because it’s the only one you’ve practiced, and blame it on the shoes you were wearing or

You are correct. In 2026 most players are massively overpaid mercenaries, but this applies to almost all players in the top leagues, including the ones winning trophies and playing well.

Sorry probably being a bit thick but not sure what you mean, I believe decent professionals should try hard regardless of them winning trophies or not. I don’t have a problem with mercenaries they normally work their arses off to guarantee the next pay day

I also wasn’t devaluing women, but why let the truth stand in the way of a good bit of wokeness.  I am a prick though  - one out of three isn’t bad.

Would it be easier to stomach if I corrected the post to a person of non-specific gender identity chatting up other people of non-specific gender identities? Because the point still stands.

Well the point you tried to create an analogy for wasn't strictly right like but, aye - I see the point you were trying to make and whilst it may be relevant it doesn't account for the various contributory factors that this season has had.

After every defeat I somehow see the oxymoronic implication that concerns and criticisms are knee-jerk reactions to one single, solitary game and loss. 

People being hysterical to losing to Arsenal, is the new hysterical to losing to Sunderland. Meanwhile against the odds were having our worst ever non-Ashley Premier League season but somehow its not warranted or a flawed observation.

It was just one person tbf.  And I definitely haven't seen anyone calling him despicable things.

 

I dont think people on here are that bad at all tbh.  99% of those criticisng him seem to go out of their way to be as respectful as possible

 

Go on a Liverpool forum after they've been beat and all you'll see are posts like "get this fat bald cunt out of this club right now"
