Oh really? That’s great news. Would cause Schar problems with his physicality and Burn issues with his directness.

for being a dick after the wolves game.

Cunha for wolves is going to be in even more bother.

yeah, I edited in a bit suggesting we need our defensive line to be more proactive but that will require recruitment of some pace at CB, as much as I love Fab and Burn.

Botman more mobile than given credit for pre-knee injury. Hopefully he can begin to get back to that form in time. He was much better at closing down space or following his man and pressing the same way Burn and Schar often do now.

Guehi also has a lot more pace than our CB’s, along with being great on the ball. So makes sense we went for him.

Not sure what he did but it’s officially 5 yellow cards so he’s definitely out.

“His suspension leaves Town with only one recognised striker for next week's Newcastle clash - Ali Al-Hamadi, who was playing in League Two at the start of 2024.”

Isn't his suspension served in the next league cup game? That's how it works, right?

No. Joelinton misses Ipswich, the next league game.

So same here.

Just watching the second half back. This happens way too often and any decent side will have a field day with it.

Leicester are just knocking the ball about at the back and our midfield 5 all move up to press:

The defensive line doesn't move with them. Vardy drops into the space and one simple pass later they are 5 v 4:

Nowt comes of it because Leicester are really bad but a decent team makes something of that more often than not.

We have to be more proactive with our defensive line. Some speed would be really valuable in CB, as much as I love Burn and Fab.

At our best Schar/Burn is right up Vardy's bum as the ball is played. But we are not as aggressive anymore.

Catching up on the presser there. Honestly man, some of the questions he gets asked. At one point Martin Hardy actually asked him if he wanted to win a trophy. Christ on a trike.

Nice throwback from Louise Taylor though, quoting some shite from Pardew about how 'philosophy' should be banned in football. Halcyon days.
