The former Chelsea winger has two years left on his contract at the French club. Lyon are understood to be open to selling Traore this summer and the newly-promoted Cottagers have joined Newcastle, Leicester, Everton and Crystal Palace in taking an interest in the 24-year-old. Most of their more talented players were all really young and inexperienced. Also had a bunch injured early in the campaign if I remember correctly. Seems a lot of money to play back up to Ricardo Think it's to allow Periera to work his way back from that knee ligament injury. The only back up they had was that young kid Justin James who did okay, but he'll probably go out on loan to get some more experience, which he didn't have much of. Not saying that's an indicator of anything, just surprises me as I felt like I'd heard his name a lot over the past few years so thought he'd been a lot more involved than that.
