Most of their more talented players were all really young and inexperienced. Also had a bunch injured early in the campaign if I remember correctly. Seems a lot of money to play back up to Ricardo Think it's to allow Periera to work his way back from that knee ligament injury. The only back up they had was that young kid Justin James who did okay, but he'll probably go out on loan to get some more experience, which he didn't have much of. Not saying that's an indicator of anything, just surprises me as I felt like I'd heard his name a lot over the past few years so thought he'd been a lot more involved than that. Lejeune was Rafa’s quiet organizer who apparently was brilliant in starting attacks too. Then with Schar we had this aggressive interception specialist who took risks with the ball and had a brilliant eye for goal.
