Heron
Our back 4 were left badly exposed tactically today. Not gonna put any of the blame on them.

Even the commentators and VAR rightly brushed it off as ridiculous and not a pen. Aye never a pen, I was on about one in the first half edge if our box

Aye, he might not be the fastest anyway but he just didn't bother trying. With effort like that we are fucked until Sven is back.
Lush Vlad
I thought everyone bar Hall was between average to bad to shite yesterday. So not sure I’m even going to single anyone out. I was stood next to his Dad in the away end. Which I only realised after half time. Unsurprisingly, as Dan always seems so sound. He was a really nice bloke. TBG Posted Sunday at 16:45 Share Posted Sunday at 16:45 (edited) Not with his head but continues to look a threat when being allowed to roam free in the opposition box. Wonder if we could come up with a tactic that would allow Tonali, Schar and Burn to all Interchange. Edited Sunday at 16:45 by TBG
Big Geordie Posted Sunday at 16:54 Share Posted Sunday at 16:54 Another great shift today. Imperious at the back.
andycap Posted Monday at 16:26 Share Posted Monday at 16:26 Why is this buffoon always so far forward when we attack? So undisciplined.
andycap Posted Monday at 16:29 Share Posted Monday at 16:29 We where pushing forward second half with hally and tino right up the pitch. Burn and schar should be at the halfway line at best. But he seems to find himself in the opposition box more than isak 😂

Disciplined enough to follow what he's told to do. Do you really think he just goes wandering off of his own accord ? Theregulars Posted Monday at 16:47 Share Posted Monday at 16:47 Was it Potter who said people who don’t rate Dan Burn don’t understand football? Or something to that effect. For £10-15m we have a centre half / left back who is super reliable, dedicated and endurable. He does so much more good than he does bad and to be otherwise is to willingly opt for ignorance. He’s a cracking Newcastle player and we’re lucky to have him.
