Got tickets 1st game of the season and thought... this isn't bad at all!

13 games later that's the only success I had all season. [emoji38]

Resale - 100 % success rate, had about a million billion tickets for me and others that need help

Ballot - applied for most games on more than 1 membership, think I’ve won about 1/3rd. Most have been given to other people as I’ve got a better seat in resale

I’ve been to every game this season, apart from Bournemouth (family doo) and Man U (was at a rave in North Shields)

I think the system is fucking shit, but reading the above, looks like the shit system is working for me

I think I applied for 17 or 18 including joint applications when I wasn't lead member. I think it's 5 or 6 successful ballot tickets, but it's impossible to tell for certain how many I got even with forensic examination of that piece of shite box office system.

Managed to get 14 tickets on my membership through a combo of ballot success, forwarded tickets, and resale success. Also attended a few more using someone elses ticket.

Can't stand the process.

Did people prefer the queuing system that was previously in place ?

With my selfish hat on, absolutely. Looking at it through a wider lense, I appreciate it was shite for a lot of people.

Either way, the implementation of the ballot system has been a shit show and could've been handled way, way better. I'd be amazed if anyone has anything positive to say about it.

Yes, I went to every game easily

But that wasn’t a real queuing system, because it was so easy to game it and get multiple queue positions. I was at the point of having 100+ windows open with a different queue position on each.

A real queue with one position per person would probably have been just as bad as the ballot.

For me it was flawed but a billion times better than what we have now

Log on at 10am, choose where you want to sit, out by 10.30 at very latest

Low hassle, short time required, no unwanted seats

Was that using only one queue position though?

Curious of the members who have had the most success, from when each ballot opens when do you apply...... immediately/ within the first 48hrs/ Or days after, I'm just wondering with how random it is, if it actually makes a difference.

3 out of 9 for the ballot, 2 in the resale. Similar result from the previous system, but that was on my phone at work, which was about equal stress level to the resale palaver

Exactly. The last system was ‘better’ because you could cheat it.

And in saying that, it’s not a slight on anyone that did (I did it myself). But clearly, it didn’t work as it was supposed to.

Applied for all bar two, got to 8 which is double what I was able to make with the ridiculous 10am on a Tuesday queuing system.

I apply pretty much immediately, not sure it makes much difference mind.
