I'm confused I thought the buying period for 'emailed' members had expired and tickets were now on general sale?

The box office don’t even know what’s going on and they’re the ones that run the fucking dogshit system and have decided to change the ticket buying rules without telling anyone

I’ve also never been able to buy anything other than corporate tickets for the Barca match.

I never noticed my email until late last night. I thought I'd be lucky to get two seats together by then, but most of the returned tickets from Barcelona are still available.  Living in Dundee I was glad it wasn't the returned  school tickets that were on sale. 😊 I hope the remaining tickets dont go unsold with so many fans desperate for a ticket.

Mate got 2 tickets before there. Reckons block L7K (where he got his) is still virtually deserted other than a handful of seats taken at the very front. Will be a piss take if there's a few hundred empty seats left up there because of a stupid ticketing policy. Just put them on sale and see who gets lucky ffs!

Apparently they're sending out emails to selected members saying they can now buy tickets up in L7 but the email isn't from the usual [email protected] account, they are coming from an individual so going straight to spam folders. Utter shambles.

Who are all these cunts getting emailed? People who missed out in the ballot but were close in the initial resale? I’m both and had nowt as well as being a top lad who can abuse the churro munchers in their local lingo.

Haven't got a clue. Mate tried for 2 in the ballot but got knocked back. Had an email today to say he was now eligible to buy two. Reading on twitter though that because the emails arent coming from the usual [email protected] address people are missing them.

 

Can't see why they can't just open them up for sale for all members at this stage. I mean that is what they pay their membership fee for after all.

The box office staff are stuck in the day of people lining up out the door and buying their tickets manually.

 

We have been through various version of digital tickets, and various ways of implementing it. It’s clear that they have no fucking idea how to do anything digitally. They don’t know how to buy software, they don’t know what they want the software to do, and they don’t know what to do when it goes wrong.

 

All they know is that people buy a ticket so they don’t have to stand at a desk or answer calls. They don’t know how touts work, they don’t know about bot accounts/attacks. They evidently don’t know how to sell via a ballot. I’d be surprised that if at any given moment they wouldn’t know how to be able to tell you how many tickets there are left available.

Mine was sent 3pm yesterday.  I guess after some people didn't buy their tickets in the 24 hr initial deadline, they did another ballot this afternoon.  I was just lucky I'd checked my junk mail.
