I guess I should be in Pot 1, but I'm sure a lot of people are. 

 

Wonder if it will be constant rolling periods, like you have to keep attending 75% of games every year to stay in P1...

Yeah it's the entered a ballot or.. 

 

Most enter every ballot so you aren't punished by a lower pot for not being selected

Aye Priority 1 I think but just had to phone box office as my membership history doesn't show last years membership. Will not be missing out because of their incompetence.

I suspect it’ll extend with every season, and thus Priority 1 will continue to get smaller and smaller, albeit from a large starting point and with an extremely limited number of ST’s.

I think it’s impossible to know given the total number of members is “commercially sensitive”. And even if we take that 88k at face value, nobody has a clue what % of those at hitting the P1 criteria.

 

But given there’s likely to be sub 500 ST’s available, the chances of being one of the lucky ones is going to be fairly remote.

Have I understood it correctly that when they sort out who is in each priority, a ballot will then decide which position you will be in the queue in that priority? Only skimmed the details.

Aye, the obvious question is, is it better to have these additional ST’s added to the pot as single tickets for every game, thus increasing members chances slightly, or just whack them out as ST’s for a lucky few?

 

Tbf to the club, there’s been clamour for a ST waiting list, so they’re doing what’s been requested by the majority.

so someone could buy a membership now and have a chance, however remote, of getting one. Yet someone like @bobbydazzlawho has tried his best to get a ticket for every game might still not get one.

 

It defeats the point of a waiting list.

 

Also, no idea why they’ve only done it for the last 2 seasons. I presented my views to the FAB, of which none of it has made it even close to the roll out (e.g. Historical data since 2022). Funnily enough, it’s effectively exactly what they set out at the ST workshop, again confirming it’s all lip service and they’ve made their mind up months ago.

I've worked it out and I'd need to take the bairn to Bournemouth and Brighton matches for him to reach 50% and get in Priority 2. I entered him for West Ham and failed but he gets the credit for that. FFS 😄

I'd imagine so. Surely this is just to determine the order of each group. So if Priority 1 had 10,000 people in then the person who is top of Priority 2 would be 10,001 in the queue. At least I'd hope that is the case.

Yeah, I read it like that too.

 

So the answer to @TheGuv’s query, is no, someone can’t just buy a membership now and get a ST ahead of someone who’s applied for every game, as they’d be in Priority 7, and therefore at the bottom of the list?

Someone who buys a membership now would be in the lowest pot, so will def have a lower queue number than wor bobby.

 

It's true though that someone who entered all the ballots but never bothered putting anymore effort than that could get a higher queue number though.

I'm wondering if it will be a literal list or just a pot of 250 tickets they'll sell to Pot 1? Depends what's planned for future seasons I guess. 

 

Wondering if it's win/lose or like "you have been given position 300, so next year you'll probably get one".
