Not really, Liverpool don't have our player and we can sell him nearer our terms in the next window.

At much less than what we value him as?

Fuck him. Do a Parrish. Tell him his price is 150mill and he’s not going to another prem team.

Doesn’t like it then tough shite.

Play hard. Go soft here, we will look pathetic.

If he decided that he didn't want to go to the tour, he should have been told he had to go and if not he would be fined. He is still currently on the NUFC wage bill and shouldn't have been allowed to dictate what he can or cannot do.

Why?

Because every god damn club is doing the same with us.

Edit. I agree with you by the way if that wasnt clear. Not the best reply from me.

My main concern is who is the individual dealing with this matter on our behalf?

If it's the same person/people who've been in charge of this window then we're fucked cause they've been played like the absolute fools that they are by the cartel and selling clubs. I doubt we have anyone streetwise enough in the upper echelons of the clubs to ensure we come out of this situation smelling of roses

"Fuck him" 😆 give over man, one of best players in world football at a club like us exploring wages he deserves.

If his thigh injury is genuine, he may have been advised against 2 long haul flights in a short time.

Only if we accept it. Teams will want him, the play needs to be if you want him at a discount you'll have to wait 3 years. Find this assertion that we simply must sell him baffling tbh.

Also send a strong message to any other player that may stamp their feet.

That's why I said if he decided and I meant by that if he just wasn't happy and didn't want to go. I'm very doubtful about the injury.

I'm not saying we must sell him but if he refuses to play I'm not sure how we can sell him on our terms?

Nearer our terms. He's still an extremely valuable asset that clubs will want regardless of whether he's playing. Even then I'd much rather take a hit on the fee to a club abroad than sell him within the Premier League.

This is going to drag on and on. Fab suggesting that Liverpool have to make a sale, Diaz maybe, but that doesn’t seem too close. My prediction, total and utter copium or delusion is that he rejoins first team training ahead of the Sela cup and is on the bench at Villa Park. Then it will be too late for the move, move will then happen next season.   He’ll be our striker for the season

Incidentally when was the last time we had a player ask to leave us? Ayoze?

Don’t think he asked to leave but he’s the last first team regular that I really didn’t want to see go actually leave.

Like I said, do a Parrish. We can give him what we can, he’s on contract. What’s difficult to understand about that?

PIF not catching anywhere near enough shade for all of this.

We've absolutely no direction as a club, senior management all over the place, wrong people getting hired which in turn has lead to this situation with Isak.

It's not all on them of course, Isak could have gone about this more amicably, but we wouldn't be in this predicament if we'd shown some ambition over the last few windows and sorted his contract situation out.

Please let this happen. The thought of fucking Wissa leading our line all season is depressing me
